Salary: £12.85 per hour plus 35p per mile for drivers

Job Overview
Caring Grace Limited is seeking compassionate and reliable Care at Home Support Workers to join our dedicated team. We provide high-quality, person-centred care that allows clients to live independently and comfortably within their own homes. Applicants must hold a valid UK driver’s licence and have access to their own vehicle.
Key Responsibilities
Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities
Support clients with medication, meal preparation, and household tasks
Offer companionship and emotional support
Promote and maintain clients’ independence, dignity, and well-being
Maintain accurate care records and report any changes in clients’ conditions
Follow company policies, infection control, and safeguarding procedures
Requirements
Valid full UK driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle
Previous experience in a care or support role (preferred but not essential, as full training is provided)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A caring, patient, and professional attitude
Flexibility to work various shifts including mornings, evenings, and weekends
